As of January 1, 2022 there are 222 lots in the subdivision.
There are 67 owners of single lots and 56 owners of multiple lots.

There are still a few undeveloped lots in the subdivision, but none are held by the developer or his hiers.
The red barn on Cripple Creek Drive N was on the property when Dr McElveen purchased it to develop it. There was a windmill beside it that fell down a number of years ago.
